Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Video Editor who can independently handle both short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok style) and long-form content (YouTube videos, interviews, explainers, vlogs).
The ideal candidate understands pacing, storytelling, modern editing aesthetics, and platform-specific content styles. This is a critical creative role at Arthashala.
Key Responsibilities
Short-Form Editing (80%)
Edit high-quality short vertical videos (Reels/Shorts) with strong hooks, fast pacing, and viral storytelling.
Add captions, motion graphics, sound effects, zooms, transitions, and dynamic cuts.
Repurpose long-form footage into short, engaging micro-content.
Maintain brand consistency across all short-form platforms.
