Position: Video Editor
Position Summary:
We're looking for a Video Editor who can handle both fast paced short form content and polished YouTube long form storytelling. You should understand how to hold attention, create strong pacing, and shape footage into content that performs on modern platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit short form videos for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
  • Edit long form YouTube videos including educational, documentary, and narrative style content
  • Build strong hooks and retention friendly pacing
  • Add captions, graphics, sound design, and platform optimized formatting
  • Maintain brand consistency across multiple clients
  • Organize project files and manage timelines
  • Take feedback clearly and deliver revisions on schedule
  • Communicate in a timely manner even outside of typical work hours
