Job Description
Hiring: Video Editor
Timing: 2-11pm Pakistan Time
Salary: Up to 80k PKR based on experience and expertise
Location: Onsite at Johar Town near UMT Lahore
Required Skill Set
• Expert in Video Editing & Motion Graphics
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects (must use Adobe tools only)
• Advanced knowledge of motion graphics, animated text, and visual effects
• Photoshop expert — capable of designing high-CTR YouTube thumbnails
• Strong understanding of non-linear storytelling and editing
• Ability to research trends and understand what's currently working on YouTube and social platforms
• Skilled in crafting compelling video titles and thumbnail concepts
• Excellent sense of pacing, timing, and visual flow
• Ability to analyze content performance and optimize edits for engagement and retention
• Detail-oriented with strong creative judgment
• Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines consistently
