We're hiring a performance-focused Video Editor to create short-form e-commerce ads that drive conversions and retention. This role is for someone who understands what works in paid ads, not just aesthetics.
Timings: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm (remote)
Budget: 80, ,000
Key Responsibilities
Create strong hooks, transitions, proof moments, and CTAs
Produce multiple ad variations from the same footage
Optimize edits for mobile-first platforms
Use effective typography, sound effects, and pacing
Add captions, callouts, and motion elements
Key Requirement:
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
gency or strong e-commerce ad editing experience
Strong understanding of ad typography, motion graphics, visual hierarchy, and audio layering (music, VO, SFX).
Hands-on experience editing performance ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube Shorts / In-Feed Ads.
