We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will transform long-form podcast and video content into engaging, high-retention short videos (Reels, Shorts) that elevate brand visibility and strengthen audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze raw long-form podcast and video footage to identify the most impactful, engaging, and viral-worthy moments.
• Cut, trim, and assemble short clips (15–60 seconds) into compelling, narrative-driven micro-content.
• Add dynamic visual elements, including animated subtitles/captions, motion graphics, emojis, transitions, and relevant B-roll to enhance viewer retention.
• Improve audio quality by balancing levels, removing background noise, and integrating appropriate royalty-free music.
