BNCW Enterprises runs RunWeb (done-for-you websites, SEO and ads for small businesses) and Swagloop (AI corporate gifting for Indian B2B). Both need constant video. Neither has an editor.

That's the job. You'll be the video person here, cutting everything that goes out on , Instagram and YouTube for both brands - founder clips, product demos, ad creatives, Reels, Shorts, long-form YouTube.

We're an AI-first company. We build AI products and run on Claude internally, and we want an editor who works the same way - AI for transcription, rough cuts, clip selection, captions, cleanup and variants, so your hours go into taste and storytelling instead of dragging clips on a timeline. You don't need to already be there; we'll give you the tools and teach you. We can't teach the appetite, so if you'd rather edit the way you always have, this won't be fun for you.
