Video Editor (1–3 Yrs Experience)

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years experience editing social-first content (Instagram, YouTube, Reels, Shorts)
  • Sharp eye for trends, narrative flow, and pacing
  • Leadership qualities — able to guide interns, juniors, and streamline workflows
  • Comfortable owning timelines and delivering on tight deadlines
  • Chennai-based, fluent in Tamil & English
  • Most importantly someone who wants to push craft, not templates
