Key Responsibilities
Edit raw video footage into compelling and engaging YouTube videos using CapCut.
Add graphics, captions, effects, transitions, and background music to enhance content quality.
Design eye-catching thumbnails that maximize impressions and increase click-through rates.
Work closely with the marketing and content team to ensure videos and thumbnails match the intended tone and branding.
Optimize videos for YouTube (length, pacing, intros/outros, call-to-actions).
Stay updated on YouTube trends, editing styles, and thumbnail strategies to keep our content fresh and engaging.
