Job Description
I'm looking for an experienced video editor who can also advise on setting up a clean, high-quality home video setup for calm, professional talking-head content. This is founder-led educational commentary intended primarily for LinkedIn and YouTube — not TikTok trends or flashy edits.
The role is ongoing, creating approximately 4 videos per month. Editing will be restrained and thoughtful: clean cuts, subtle captions, light color correction, and strong audio quality. I'm also looking for guidance on camera framing, lighting, mic placement, and background to create a repeatable setup.
Ideal candidate:
You've edited podcast-style or expert talking-head videos before, understand lighting and audio for home studios, and can advise as well as execute. Please share relevant examples and briefly describe your approach.
