Description of Primary Duties

The Video Communications Administrator, PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) Program provides instructional support for faculty, staff, and students of the PharmD program by managing and overseeing networked-based video communications. The Video Communications Administrator, PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) Program installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and supports network infrastructure, equipment, applications, and devices to ensure the successful delivery of video communications related to the PharmD program. Minimum Acceptable Qualifications Education/Experience: A Bachelors degree and three years of technical experience in at least one of the following areas: video communications, network or server administration, or instructional technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience as specified above per the Job Family 3 Knowledge Equivalency Charts is required.
