Lach Klan Junior Elementary School is seeking a full-time Vice-Principal starting August 1, 2026. This pivotal role involves leadership, curriculum management, and community engagement.
This position requires a candidate with a Master’s degree in education and at least eight years of experience in teaching and administration. You will oversee daily operations, support educational needs, and foster relationships within the community. Candidates eligible for the Teacher Regulation Branch are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily school operations and staff leadership
• Manage scheduling and co-curricular activities
• Build relationships with students, parents, and community
• Assess and address educational and cultural needs
• Evaluate staff performance using set metrics
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in education or similar
• At least 8 years of teaching and administrative experience
