The Pukatawagan Education Authority invites applications for 2024- 2025 school Year for the following position: Vice Principal for Elementary The Vice Principal/Teacher will work with a school population of 500+ students and will work alongside the principal to manage the administrative and educational components of Sakastew school. Individual will Interact with teachers, students, and members of the community and will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leadership and negotiation skills to deal with student discipline issues. Must possess some budgeting and finance knowledge. Qualifications and Skills: - 2 years experience in administration working in a school - Experience working in a First Nation community - Degree in Administration. - Leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Ability to effectively evaluate teaching staff. - Manitoba Teacher Certification (or Eligible) Sakastew School has over 500+ children in grades K4 - Gr 12.
