Product Development Leadership. Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle for the our platforms, from roadmap definition through architecture, implementation, release, and sustainment. Technical Strategy. Establish and drive the technical strategy for the hardened Android / AOSP platform, exercising authoritative architecture and engineering decision-making across the software stack. Hands-On Engineering. Provide deep, hands-on technical leadership, remaining directly engaged in system design, code quality, and complex engineering problems rather than operating solely at a managerial remove. Organizational Leadership. Build, lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering organization, including engineering managers and individual-contributor team members. Security and Compliance.
