Main Responsibilities
Setup of operational controls and prepare procedure manual (for general &/or product operations) in coordination with local Compliance, local Finance and Operations in HK / AP region (Financing and Global Markets Operations). Proactively work with relevant stakeholders of projects for the set-up of Taiwan branch, including to define regulatory operational reporting requirement. Perform & oversee the daily branch operations (including but not limited to accounts opening, inward and outward payments , loans & deposits, support treasury activities and settlement, etc.) Prepare and ensure timely submission of all regulatory operational reports.
