Vice President of Property Management

Position Summary

Slemon Park Corporation (SPC) is an economic development organization with a mandate to create prosperity and sustainable quality jobs in Prince Edward Island by leveraging the assets of Slemon Park and facilitating strategic private and public sector economic development investments in aerospace, training, and commercial and residential development. The Vice President, Property Management is responsible for the maintenance and capital improvements of the building, utility, and infrastructure assets at Slemon Park. The assets include 40 commercial/industrial/utility buildings; 265 residential homes; water and wastewater utility; hotel; food and beverage; retail store and airport operations; and approximately 1,350 acres of land. The Vice President, Property Management also works with the President and other senior staff on strategic initiatives to enhance the prosperity and job creation potential of Slemon Park.
