You lead the transformation of LGMRT from a strong Chinese midmarket OEM into an internationalsecond tieroffering for Sandvik. You drive business, strategy, and operating model development while building a robust and scalableoperatingmodel for both equipment and aftermarket through a dedicated dealer network.Identifyingopportunities with suppliers and technology partners across the equipment divisionsis part of your job,along withmonitoringmarket dynamics, competitive developments,emergingtechnologies,and evolving customer needs.
