The Vice President, Investment Banking Business Technology & Product plays a strategic role in shaping and enabling the technology agenda supporting the Investment Banking business, including M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, and related advisory functions. The role partners closely with senior Investment Banking, Technology, and Operations leaders to align business priorities with evolving technology capabilities. Acting as a connector across stakeholders, the VP helps guide the development and enhancement of platforms supporting the deal lifecycle—spanning client coverage, pipeline management, deal execution, and regulatory workflows. The VP contributes to the evolution of a coordinated technology roadmap, helping ensure alignment across multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and regions.
