In this pivotal role, you will help shape and drive transformative people strategies aligned with our ambition to evolve and scale the products and services we deliver to our customers. As a key member of the leadership team, you will collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to design and execute forward‑looking HR and talent strategies that enable business growth, elevate the employee experience, and foster a high-performance, continuously improving culture.
