The Vice President is responsible for shaping in research and policy agenda through strategic oversight of portfolio. This includes leading multidisciplinary teams, ensuring methodological rigor, and delivering high-impact outputs that support national priorities on skills, wages, and employment.

The VP serves as the primary advisor on workforce and labour market intelligence to company senior leadership and the Ministry, driving thought leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and evidence-based policymaking.
