Vice President, Group Product Actuarial – Location: Hybrid Kingston or Toronto

We are seeking a strategic and analytical leader to join the Group and Affinity Business Executive Team and the broader Insurance and Investment Executive Team as Vice‑President, Group Product Actuarial.

Reporting to the SVP & COO, Insurance and Investment, with a dotted line to the Chief Actuary, this role is pivotal in driving pricing strategy and analysis for our Group and Affinity product lines.

As a key decision‑maker, the Vice‑President will provide strategic insights and direction to optimize profitability and performance, analyzing both short‑ and long‑term trends in the group insurance market, identifying unique portfolio characteristics, and shaping business strategy accordingly.
