Vice President Facilities

The Vice President, Facilities Management is responsible for leading the overall facilities and engineering strategy for a portfolio of commercial properties. The role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, asset preservation, sustainability, and cost optimization while supporting business growth and enhancing tenant and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute facilities management strategies that align with organizational objectives and operational priorities.
• Oversee the performance, maintenance, and reliability of building systems, infrastructure, and property assets across the portfolio.
• Lead facilities-related budgeting, capital planning, procurement, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while maintaining robust risk management and emergency preparedness programs.
