Accountabilities/Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the IT support team consisting of Sonata SMEs and any other area
  • Incident management: investigation, communication, work-around development and resolution in collaboration with others.
  • Defect Triage and resolution independently and in collaboration with others.
  • SQL database scripting/scanning for analysis, data integrity, reporting and data changes.
  • Identification and development of improvement opportunities within processes, applications and application monitoring.
  • Integrate change and run model for the supporting applications wherever feasible
