Responsibilities The Role The VP of Delivery is the delivery backbone of Forsys. You are not just a project manager at scale — you are the strategic architect of how Forsys runs engagements: the governance model, the recovery playbook, the consulting standards, and the culture of accountability that makes clients renew and refer. You will own the health of the entire project portfolio and lead a team of Business Architects, Project Managers, and delivery leads who look to you as their compass. This is a player-coach role. You will be in the details when it matters — escalating blockers, reframing scope, rebuilding trust with a client at risk — while simultaneously lifting the practice through mentorship, frameworks, and an AI-first consulting approach.
