In this critical role, you will ensure that Nammo’s Aerospace Propulsion (AP) Business Unit operates in full compliance with national and international regulations while aligning with the company’s internal governance systems. As our Vice President Compliance, you will provide expert advice on regulatory challenges, and shape compliance strategies to support Nammo’s ambitious goal of doubling production capacity by 2030. Your work will span activities such as developing compliance frameworks, driving compliance change processes, managing risk strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across Nammo’s global operations. You will engage with internal business leaders, regulatory authorities, industry organizations, and customers to foster trust and transparency.
