Vice President Client Integration

The role of a Client Integration Vice President (VP) involves leading/overseeing client integrations, conversions and strategic projects. The Integration VP is responsible for managing virtual project teams tasked with project managing client integrations/conversions, services delivery changes and sales support. The VP is responsible for managing a group of Assistant Vice Presidents (AVP), training and development of staff, rollout of global best practice and standardization across the global Integration team. The core skills required are having experience in leading teams for successful delivery of projects within a project management framework, demonstrating effective communication skills, having client-facing experience and understanding the financial services business.
