Overview

An international mining company is seeking a Vice President Business Planning & Performance to provide strategic leadership across its South American operations and growth portfolio. Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, this position will be responsible for driving corporate planning, performance management, capital allocation and strategic decision making across a multi asset business. The successful candidate will work closely with operational, technical, commercial and finance leaders to ensure the organisation is positioned to achieve its long-term growth objectives. This is a highly visible leadership position offering the opportunity to influence strategy, growth and performance across a significant mining business.
