Job Summary:
+ With more than 220,000 employees and 35 labor unions representing over 160,000 employees in eight states and the District of Columbia, Kaiser Permanente is among the largest and most complex organized workplaces in the United States.
+ The Vice President, Labor Law and Employee Benefits, will be responsible for development and implementation of legal advice on labor strategy, compliance, disputes, and conflict resolution, and legal oversight and support of the employee benefits function.
+ TheVice President, Labor Law and Employee Benefits, will report to the Senior Vice President, Labor and Employment Advice and Litigation. This role will manage a team of attorneys who provide subject matter expertise on traditional labor law and employee benefits in the many jurisdictions where Kaiser Permanente does business.
