Representing a leading independent investment bank, we are proud to be leading the search for a Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. This newly created role will lead drafting, review, and negotiation of transactional and commercial agreements in a deal-driven environment.

This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to influence culture, build processes, and drive performance.

As the Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging directly with investment bankers, corporate functions, and senior management to provide pragmatic legal support

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating deal-related agreements, including engagement letters, NDAs, and access letters

  • Supporting a high-volume transactional environment with timely, solution-oriented advice

  • Drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, including vendor, consulting, licensing, and events agreements
