We are a fast‑paced, collaborative team delivering high‑quality office and medical fit‑outs across the GTA. We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction, on‑time delivery, and within‑budget completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from initial planning through to final delivery.
• Create detailed scopes of work, accurate cost estimates, and budgets for all fit‑out aspects.
• Manage project schedules and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversee the tender process, issue tenders, review submissions, and negotiate contracts.
