Veterinary Surgeon

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Veterinary Surgeon role based at our Sydenham practice. The Veterinary Surgeon will provide high-quality clinical care to small animals, including consultations, diagnostics, routine and complex surgeries, and ongoing case management. Daily responsibilities include examining and treating patients, interpreting laboratory and imaging results, prescribing medications, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role also involves advising clients on preventive healthcare, nutrition, and general pet wellbeing, while contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture. The Veterinary Surgeon will help support less experienced colleagues, uphold clinical standards, and participate in practice improvement initiatives aligned with Vets for Pets’ commitment to excellent patient and client care.
