About us

Alsager Vets for Pets is a standalone small animal practice in the heart of Alsager, Cheshire. The owner‑led team includes 3 vets, 3 RVNs, 1 SVN and 2 receptionists. Modern equipment supports digital x‑ray, ultrasound, blood pressure monitoring and an in‑house laboratory. The practice is recognised as a certified Autism Friendly Surgery.

About this role

Flexible small animal Veterinary Surgeon with clinical freedom, supportive local team and a rota that protects work‑life balance. You will work across general practice medicine and surgery, with backing from experienced colleagues and an owner who can make quick decisions. The role offers support for CPD and certificate development.

We are open to full or part‑time hours, ideally Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Saturday mornings are on a 1 in 4 rota from 9 am to 12 pm, with no Sundays and no out‑of‑hours (OOH).
