Join Donnington Grove Veterinary Group as a part‑time, permanent Veterinary Receptionist in Newbury, Berkshire.

How You’ll Make a Difference

You will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering a welcoming, professional, and compassionate experience at every interaction. You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non‑clinical colleagues.

General Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients and clinical teams to deliver a high standard of customer care
  • Meet and greet clients and their pets
  • Book appointments and manage clinician diaries
  • Manage telephone and email enquiries
  • Take payments for services and products
