A Vertical Head (Motor Dealer) is primarily responsible to supervise the business delivery under motor dealer vertical for a branch. Driving business through 4W, private cars and commercial vehicle & work on new business development for the branch/the location they are managing.

What is the primary KRA* (Scope of Work)

Drive and achieve monthly topline targets through Motor dealer vertical

Ensure diversification of portfolio into two wheeler, four wheeler, private cars and commercial vehicles for the location they are managing

Achieving business goals and revenue targets.

On boarding OEMs through team members as per targets set

Coordinate with team to ensure month on month activation of dealers as per targets set

Manage individual targets for activation and premium if any
