Verified Xero Expert Needed – Receipt Entry

I am seeking a verified Xero expert to urgently bring my bookkeeping up to date for a new café business currently under construction in Brisbane, Australia.
Scope of work:
• Enter all scanned receipts into Xero
• Match and reconcile receipts against bank statements already uploaded in Xero
• Reconcile transactions dating back to 1 October 2024 (there are large periods with minimal activity)
• Ensure all transactions that can be reconciled are properly coded and matched
• For receipts that do NOT appear on the bank statements, record them in a separate Excel spreadsheet
I will provide:
• Scanned copies of all receipts
• Access to Xero
• An Excel template for recording unreconciled receipts
Excel requirements for unreconciled receipts:
• Date
• Total amount (including GST)
• GST exclusive amount
• GST amount
• Vendor
• Brief description (minimal wording)
