Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to US customers for verification purposes
  • Confirm customer details (name, address, consent, etc.)
  • Ensure accuracy of customer information in records
  • Follow verification scripts and company guidelines
  • Maintain call logs and verification status
  • Meet daily call and quality targets
  • Report any incorrect or suspicious information to the supervisor

Requirements

  • Basic English speaking and understanding
  • Fresh and experienced candidates can apply
  • Willing to work night shift (USA time zones)
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Clear communication and polite phone etiquette
  • Ability to follow scripts and instructions

Optional (Nice to Have)

  • Previous call center / BPO experience
  • Experience in verification, QA, or customer support
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
