We're hiring for Verification Associate in PH.

Key duties:
- Verify the accuracy of information provided by candidates or clients, such as employment history, education, criminal records, and professional licenses
- Manage inbound/outbound calls with contact references
- Keep detailed and accurate records of verification processes, findings, and any correspondence related to the background check and manage cases that require additional attention or investigation
- Work closely with other departments, such as client services or sales, to address client needs and provide necessary information

Qualifications:
- Graduate of any course or degree
- Experience is not required, but having an experience in background screening will be an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other database tools
