About the Role
The Venue Manager is responsible for the daily operation of a high-volume pub environment, overseeing bar, restaurant, and floor service teams while maintaining excellent service standards, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive team culture.You'll work closely with ownership and senior leaders to ensure smooth trading, strong staff engagement, and an outstanding customer experience.
