Located beneath the historic dome of NH Collection Helsinki Grand Hansa, Kupoli Cocktail Bar has quickly become one of Finland’s most exciting cocktail destinations. Our ambition is to establish Kupoli as an internationally recognised destination where world‑class cocktails meet exceptional hospitality.

We are now looking for a Venue Manager to lead the daily operations of Kupoli.

Your role

As Venue Manager, you will ensure that Kupoli’s vision comes to life every evening through outstanding leadership, exceptional service and flawless execution.

You will lead by example, inspire your team and create a culture where quality, hospitality and continuous improvement are part of everything we do.
