This role is crucial to the success of smalt's business — only if our partners are successful themselves will smalt be able to grow its revenue share model. The role combines commercial strategy, marketing experimentation, and hands-on activation. You will work at the intersection of operations, marketing, and technology — driving growth, testing playbooks, and shaping how smalt empowers trades entrepreneurs to scale.
