Overview


The Vendor Service Representative interacts with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.



Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone and email
  • Place outbound calls to customers to obtain additional information
  • Work to resolve any customer concerns and answer any questions
  • Research customer inquiries using available resources
  • Process payments and enrollment requests
  • Call vendors that are not enrolled and begin enrollment process
  • Direct escalation issues to the designated resource
  • Maintain accurate records of customer correspondence and transactions in the system
  • Work closely with other departments to meet customers' objectives
  • Provide timely follow-up on all customer inquiries
  • Assist with additional special projects as needed
