Job Description

Koscom Cable Inc. is a U.S.-based telecom construction company operating in 30+ states, specializing in fiber construction, FTTH, MDU, aerial, underground, and fulfillment projects.

We are looking for a structured and results-driven Vendor Manager to develop, manage, and expand our subcontractor network across the United States.

This role combines B2B relationship management, negotiations, compliance coordination, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Network Development

Identify and onboard qualified telecom subcontractor companies across multiple U.S. states

Build and maintain a structured vendor pipeline by region and scope

Close regional coverage gaps

Vendor Management & Performance

Maintain ongoing communication with subcontractor partners

Monitor performance and coordinate feedback with Operations

Support rate discussions and commercial negotiations
