Vendor Management Executive VME

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor Management Executive (VME) to support our global vendor operations across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor coordination, technician sourcing, profile management, compliance documentation, and project support for IT Managed Services, ITAD, WiFi Survey, and Warehousing projects.

Key Responsibilitie

• sSource and coordinate field technicians and resources based on project requirements
• .Manage vendor communication and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors
• .Support the vendor onboarding process, including onboarding forms, screening coordination, NDA, and MSA documentation
• .Maintain and update the vendor database in Odoo/ERP systems
• .Share candidate profiles with internal stakeholders and track their status through the hiring/approval process
