Vehicle Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities Assist customers with vehicle service bookings and enquiries. Liaise between customers and the workshop regarding vehicle progress. Prepare and process job cards accurately. Provide customers with quotations and explain required repairs. Ensure customers are kept updated throughout the service process. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
