Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor / Vehicle Service Advisor
Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: £30,000 Basic + Bonus + Company Benefits (OTE upto £32,000)
Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm) + 1 in 4 Saturday Morning paid Overtime (8:00am - 12:00pm)

They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor to expand their growing team. Duties & Responsibilities:
* Ensure all customer bookings are consistently and accurately recorded.
* Answer incoming telephone calls to the site & greet all visitors to the site.
* Managing customer inspection schedules – liaising with the customer and workshop, and managing the daily diary.
