Vehicle Maintenance manager

Reports to:

VP Operations, COO

Employment:

Full Time, Year Round located at Big White Ski Resort which is a 35 minute commute from the Kelowna suburb of Rutland.

Job Description:

Vehicle Maintenance Manager is responsible for maintaining all company vehicles owned and operated by Big White Ski Resort. Also maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Position Requirements/Skills:

  • Trades certification, or equivalent working knowledge, Mechanical aptitude
  • Previous ski industry snow cat maintenance experience is an asset
  • Computer competent
  • Experience in hydraulic and hydrostatic systems
  • Experience in vehicle electrical systems, CAN bus included
  • Experience in suspension, tires, braking systems
  • Experience in engine, diesel aftertreatment, transmission, drive lines and axles
