Role Overview
We are seeking a Veeva Vault Techno-Functional Consultant with strong Life Sciences domain expertise and hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Veeva Vault applications. The role requires a balance of business analysis, system configuration, and technical coordination to deliver scalable and compliant Vault solutions.
Functional Responsibilities
Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs.
Provide process consulting aligned with Life Sciences functions such as Regulatory, Quality, Clinical, or Medical.
Technical / Configuration Responsibilities
Configure and support Veeva Vault components including:
Objects and fields
Document types and metadata
Lifecycles and workflows
Security profiles and permission sets
Support Vault modules such as:
Vault RIM (Registrations, Submissions, Submissions Archive)
