Position: REMOTE Veeva Vault Regulatory (RIM) Architect

Location: Remote Work (India)

Job Term: Contract

Duration of contract: 6 months (paternity leave backfill)

Interview Process: 2 Rounds - 1st Technical, Second Panel

Must Haves:

• 10–12 years of experience in Life Sciences or Healthcare
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Veeva Vault configuration, with strong experience in Vault Regulatory
• Deep understanding of Vault regulatory architecture and integrations with external applications
• Proven ability to design solutions, define system boundaries, and guide what is or isn’t feasible in Vault
• Strong knowledge of GxP, validation processes, and release management
• Experience running Regulatory Vault projects end-to-end.
