Job Description

Role: Veeva QMS Support specialist

Experience: 4-8yrs

Location: PAN India

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days



Application Support

  • Own L2/L3 support for Veeva Vault QMS (Quality Events, Deviations, Complaints, CAPA, Change Control, Audits, Training/QualityDocs).
  • Triage and resolve incidents/requests; manage problems and known errors using ITIL practices and tools (e.g., ServiceNow/Jira).
  • Perform break‑fix, configuration updates, minor enhancements, and periodic Vault releases (pre‑validation, smoke tests, impact assessment, enablement).
  • Maintain SLA/OLA adherence, release notes, and SOP‑aligned service documentation.
