Key Responsibilities

  • Define and create VCB cable harness technical requirement according to the regulations and internal specifications.
  • Responsible for the complete vehicle VCB cable harness schematic, circuit diagram and bundle design in Saber or Capital.
  • Responsible for the VCB harness routing and packaging in Catia.
  • Responsible for the VCB harness 2D drawing and Mounting drawing design.
  • Release the VCB harness requirement and design to supplier, manage the design change.
  • Work with purchasing team to secure supplier fulfill the requirements to the product.
  • Work with cross function team including system owners, component owners, Chassis workstream to complete the VCB harness design on the vehicle level.
  • Work with production team to design the VCB harness assembly instruction.
