Hybrid Position – Santiago, Chile (2 days a week)

This is a hybrid position working out of our Santiago, Chile office approximately 2 days a week.

What You’ll Do

  • Post payments to all Community Association homeowner accounts
  • Make deposits for all homeowner payments
  • Reconcile monthly association bank statements
  • Review and enter vendor invoices
  • Process payments to vendors on a timely basis or as funds become available
  • Assist with association financials, balance sheet, statement of operations, general ledger, and any other required reports
  • Make monthly and year‑end journal entries
  • Prepare and send vendor 1099 for each association’s vendors
  • Assist with preparation of documents for tax returns and financial audits
  • Assist with the preparation of accounting reports for board and annual HOA meetings
  • When required, present reports at HOA meetings
